QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in scaffolding assembly and dismantling.
Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in outdoor construction environments.
Able to assemble, secure, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of basic load limits, stability, and structural safety of scaffolds.
Able to follow technical drawings, site instructions, and safety procedures.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and scaffolding equipment.
Strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
Able to communicate in English
